Job summary

OCIC Consulting International Inc. in the Philippines seeks a motivated accounting professional to support tax compliance and client data management. You will assist in preparing tax returns, maintaining records, and coordinating with clients to gather documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related finance field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking clients’ monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues and expenses for tax return preparation.
• Prepare and file tax returns and related schedules in compliance with government deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and updated client financial data and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and supporting documents.
• Monitor and ensure timely payment of taxes and mandatory contributions.
• Keep abreast of updates on tax regulations, compliance requirements, and filing procedures.
• Provide support in payroll processing and related tax obligations as needed.
• Provide assistance during client tax audits with documentation and supporting materials.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines; support Senior Tax Associates or Tax Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Tax Manager.
