• Develop structured, actionable solutions based on regulatory research and business needs
• Design implementation plans with clear workflows, timelines, documentation, and risk assessments
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as legal counsel and accountants
• Liaise with government agencies (e.g., BI, DOLE, BIR, PEZA, BOI) for applications, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Represent the company in professional engagements with clients, partners, and authorities
• Communicate compliance strategies, risks, and execution plans clearly and effectively
• Provide hands-on support to clients in resolving compliance and operational issues
• Ensure solutions are fully implemented, not just advised
