  • Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and at heights when required.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Can work overtime, weekends, and travel to project sites when necessary.
  • Valid Rigger certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect slings, shackles, chains, wire ropes, hooks, and other rigging equipment before use.
  • Select the appropriate rigging gear based on load weight, size, and lifting requirements.
  • Attach, secure, and detach loads safely for lifting and transport.
  • Guide and communicate with crane operators using standard hand signals or radio communication.
  • Ensure loads are balanced, stable, and properly secured during lifting operations.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, positioning, and installation of heavy equipment and materials.
  • Maintain and store rigging equipment after use.
  • Follow company safety policies and lifting procedures at all times.
  • Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

The Rigging Corporation is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger to join our team.
