Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled RF Engineer to deliver RF planning, design and EME compliance for Greenfield and upgrade sites in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role requires coordinating with Lead RF Engineers and multiple stakeholders to meet coverage objectives and project timelines.

The ideal candidate has ICT/telecom background, onsite work readiness, and strong knowledge of RF tools such as Atoll and RF map2. Onsite day shift with competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Telecommunications experience in infrastructure design.
• Construction Induction (White Card) and OH&S knowledge.
• Willingness to work onsite and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RF planning, design and EME compliance for Greenfield and upgrade sites.
• Support Lead RF Engineers on design and EME issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Ensure RF solutions meet coverage objectives and quality standards.
