Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Taguig is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to design and develop RF circuits, perform simulations, and troubleshoot performance.

You will collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to testing and validation of IBS/DAS projects.

Required 2–3 years in RF design, strong knowledge of LTE/5G/Wi‑Fi, and hands-on use of spectrum analyzers and iBwave.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in ECE, EE, or Telecommunications.
• 2–3 years in RF design, IBS/DAS, or telecom performance engineering.
• Strong RF knowledge and wireless standards (LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi).
• Hands-on with RF test equipment like spectrum/network analyzers.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• *Circuit & System Design*: Design and develop RF circuits and components, including amplifiers, filters, and antennas. Perform meticulous RF simulations, testing, and troubleshooting. Analyze RF performance data and recommend strategic design improvements.
• *Testing, Validation & Compliance*: Support product testing, validation, and integration phases. Ensure all designs strictly comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Execute hands-on RF testing and debugging.
• *Documentation & Collaboration*: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and performance reports. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications & Skills

• *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• *Experience*: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RF Design, IBS/DAS projects, or telecom network performance engineering.
• *Core Knowledge*: Solid understanding of RF principles, wireless communication, and wireless standards (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi).
• *Hardware Tools*: Experience operating RF design and test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• *Soft Skills*: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• *Required Technical Skills*: Advanced experience using RF simulation software (such as iBwave). Proven, hands‑on experience in RF testing and debugging.
