Sun Life Philippines is seeking a Rewards and Merchandize Analyst to support advisor rewards programs, campaigns and branded merchandise. You will coordinate rewards development, fulfillment, analytics and creative support while working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and cost effectiveness.

You will manage sourcing, distribution, inventory and vendor relationships, monitor budgets and provide insights to optimize reward programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Rewards Program Development, and Management: develop and implement rewards, incentives, and recognition programs.
Rewards Fulfilment, Distribution and Inventory Management: sourcing, procurement, distribution and timely delivery within guidelines.
Rewards Analytics and Insights: prepare reports on utilization, feedback, satisfaction, and effectiveness.
Creative Development and Communication Support: create promos, art cards and communications in line with brand guidelines.
Financial, Procurement and Vendor Management: monitor budgets and facilitate vendor payments.
