Job summary

AFRY Philippines seeks a BIM Modeler to provide support across BIM tasks, creating and updating 3D models using Autodesk REVIT, and producing accurate shop drawings for structural and civil works. You will collaborate with disciplines to reflect design changes and ensure model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Drafting with at least 3 years of REVIT experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of REVIT experience.
• Knowledge of BIM requirements in Europe is a plus; Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient in Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Team player with responsibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM modeling support across tasks.
• Construct 3D models and prepare drawings using REVIT.
• Update 3D models with latest information for accurate shop drawings.
• Coordinate design changes with other disciplines.
• Prepare BIM models to aid visualization and decision-making.
• Produce structural rebar shop drawings aligned with design criteria.
• Produce structural and civil layout shop drawings per specifications.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflows.
• Follow BIM content standards and documentation procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and modeling quality control.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
