Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance professional to design controls and monitor revenue across all product lines. You will partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely reporting.

The role requires a CPA, 3–5 years of experience, and strong skills in SQL, Python/R, and ML. Excellent communication and writing abilities are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue assurance or related roles.
• Strong data science, analytics and engineering skills are desirable.
• Excellent writing, oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Resolute and persistent in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor daily controls to mitigate revenue leakages across all product lines.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of revenue incidences.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and other teams to ensure compliance with Finance requirements pre-launch.
• Enable reporting on revenue oversight metrics and data integrity with Data Office guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor daily controls to mitigate revenue leakages across all product lines, ensuring completeness and accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting.
• Drive proper handling of revenue related incidences from root cause analysis to final resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and other concerned teams to ensure compliance with Finance requirements on business readiness prior to launching a product or service.
• Enable a proper reporting process to management on key revenue oversight metrics such as revenues assurance rate, leakage rate and recovery effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work together with the Data Office team on data integrity.

Qualifications

• CPA is a must.
• 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
• Skills in data science, analytics and engineering such as SQL, Phyton/R and machine learning are highly desirable.
• Excellent writing, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Resolute and unswerving.
