Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert with hands-on CRM experience to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS platforms.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), oversee revenue tools for quoting, billing and tickets, and drive documentation and process improvements with strong analytical judgment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
