Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a SaaS revenue systems project. The role focuses on CRM operations, data quality, and governance across billing and CPQ interfaces.

You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM and connected platforms, crafting clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
