Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking a Strategic Analyst – Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build scalable analytics, dashboards, and insights that drive revenue growth. The role focuses on data extraction, transformation, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.

The ideal candidate has strong Power BI skills, data modeling expertise, and experience in BI reporting. This is a full-time, night-shift, work-from-home position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of BI reporting, data analysis, or revenue analytics.
• Strong Power BI proficiency with data modeling and dashboards.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze revenue and sales performance data for forecasting.
• Identify performance gaps and key drivers of business results.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across ERP/CRM systems.
