Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or retail).
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written communication skills, especially in live chat or email.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through live chat and calls by identifying buying signals and converting interest into sales.
• Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, showing value of Apollo.
• Upsell and cross-sell features that match customer business goals.
• Meet chat-to-close targets and monthly revenue quotas.
• Respond to inquiries within 30 seconds via chat and 4 hours via email.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to reduce friction and improve customer experience.
• Be the customer's internal advocate across teams.
