Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines seeks a Revenue Analyst to ensure timely interfacing of revenue data from front-end systems to the financial system and to validate reconciliations against bank deposits. You will maintain static information, post entries, and collaborate with IT/ERP on system issues.

The ideal candidate has a commerce/accountancy background, basic ERP knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accountancy; CPA preferred.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; good records management.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing revenue, receipts and adjustments from front-end system to financial system.
• Maintains and updates static information in both systems (customer/bank profiles, charges, accounting codes).
• Validates and reconciles unprocessed transactions and daily reports.
• Posts accounting entries from subsidiary ledger to general ledger.
• Collaborates with IT and ERP for system issues and enhancements.
• Generates monthly reconciliation schedules and audit support.
