Job summary

You will plan, implement and evaluate store communication strategies to support a convenient shopping experience, collaborate with the Com&In team, and stay ahead of home furnishing trends to keep presentations fresh and aligned with the IKEA concept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably home furnishings.
• Knowledge of trends influencing home furnishing and retail in the Philippines.
• Familiar with range presentation and store media as the IKEA way.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Flexible and hands-on with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the IKEA identity in store communications using the visual and verbal identity guidelines.
• Plan, implement and evaluate store communications to convey the benefits of the IKEA Concept.
• Collaborate with Com&In team and other functions to exploit commercial opportunities and support profitability.
• Ensure visual balance, quality, cost-efficiency and sustainability in producing store communications.
• Stay updated on home furnishing trends and translate them into inspirational store experiences.
