Job summary

IKEA Pasay City in Manila is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Specialist to inspire visitors by presenting IKEA home furnishing offers with strong visual impressions that reinforce the brand and convert visitors into customers.

You will collaborate with the Communications & IN team, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure high-quality, simple, efficient range presentation solutions that reflect local life at home and IKEA's global best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledgeable of trends influencing home furnishing and retailing in the Philippines.
• Familiar with range presentation and the IKEA way.

Responsibilities

• Use visual merchandising to strengthen IKEA identity in range presentation.
• Collaborate with Comm&In team to identify opportunities and impact on financial results.
• Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost-conscious planning of range presentation solutions.
