Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations.
• Ensure compliance with national and local government permits.
• Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments.
• Coordinate with franchises on matters related to the Franchise Agreement.
• Ensure that stations, personnel, dealers, and customers are supervised.
• Train all Station Managers/Heads on standard station operations.
• Monitor and analyze station’s profitability including sales and OPEX.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team regarding profitability.
• Assist the Franchise Conversion Team in assessing new sites.

What is this role about?

The Retail Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and compliance of multiple retail fuel stations within a designated geographic area. This role ensures consistent execution of brand standards, drives sales growth, and strengthens dealer and franchise relationships. RTMs will monitor site performance, implement marketing strategies, ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and support profitability goals. A key part of the role involves coaching and supporting site operators to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures
• Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies, and guidelines
• Ensure compliance to national and local government permits and reports
• Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments
• Coordinate with franchises on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company’s policies and procedures
• Ensure that stations, personnel, dealers and customers are supervised and managed accordingly
• Train all Station Managers/Heads on standard station operations, customer service, and marketing programs
• Monitor and analyze station’s profitability to include sales, OPEX and working capital (for dealer-operated stations)
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team regarding profitability
• Provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion Team to give assistance in assessment and deliberation of new site to market and nearby Seaoil stations in the area
