Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead store operations and drive sales growth in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with Filipino and English fluency. Retail experience is preferred. The role requires overseeing daily activities and ensuring standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications and people management skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
