Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Tiaong, Quezon area. The role oversees daily store operations, drives sales growth, and ensures proper merchandising, staffing, and compliance.

You will lead a team, train staff, and maintain a safe, organized store environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in retail, with strong leadership and communications skills, and fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Tiaong, Quezon.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
