Job summary

Puregold Batangas is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain merchandise standards in the New Market location. You will oversee staff performance and ensure excellent customer service while keeping the store compliant with policies.

Responsibilities include organizing displays, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and reporting sales and staffing updates to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, people management and coaching skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Puregold Batangas (New Market).

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure store daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
