Job summary

Puregold Taguig (PGTG) is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. You will coordinate merchandising, supervise staff, and uphold store standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English, plus strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop the team and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years in retail sales.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and people management preferred.
• Willing to work at Puregold Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety, legality, and reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor duties.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers with a safe environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Other tasks assigned by Asst/ Branch Manager.
