• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of daily store operation.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain stability.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Perform daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales and hiring updates to HQ.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
