Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RMR Square to drive sales, lead a team, and uphold store standards. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills to manage daily operations.

You will organize displays, greet customers, ensure safety and cleanliness, and report performance to HQ. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years retail experience are expected; fluency in Filipino and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and assigned duties by the Branch/Asst Manager.
