Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Merchandising, coaching and customer service abilities.
• Willing to work in Tabuk Dagupan.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold store reputation by complying with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient store operations.
• Ensure staff and customer safety in the store.
• Handle daily cash deposits and banking tasks.
