Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Sariaya Quezon store. The role leads daily store operations, drives sales growth, and ensures proper merchandising and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work in Sariaya, Quezon. This position requires adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent preferred.
• Amenable to work in Sariaya Quezon.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order used items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, etc., to HQ and_superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
