Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Supervisor-level experience preferred with 5+ years in sales/retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations for efficiency.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
