Job summary

Davao Tuna Grill Fastfood Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee branch operations across manpower, machines, money and materials, and marketing activities.

You will assist in recruiting and training staff, prepare shift schedules, monitor attendance, manage overtime costs, ensure compliance with policies and government requirements, and drive branch sales and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Ability to ensure branch compliance with BIR, City Hall and government requirements.
• Ability to accomplish sales and cost targets of branch.
• Ability to make accurate bank deposits and ensure there are no cash shortages or losses.
• Ability to prepare daily inventory reports and check stock inventories.
• Ability to prepare order requisitions accurately.
• Ability to check accuracy of daily cash flow reports.
• Ability to suggest and implement marketing and promotions strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and training of staff for the branch
• Recommend hiring of personnel for the branch
• Prepare shift schedules for each branch
• Check attendance and punctuality of staff
• Monitor staff overtime and manage overtime costs
• Implement disciplinary action on erring staff
• Recommend rewards and incentives for outstanding staff
• Ensure compliance of staff to company policies and procedures
• Report maintenance requirements of branch premises to Operations Manager and/or Area Manager
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of premises
