Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to oversee store operations, sales growth, and customer service in Maranding, Lanao del Norte. You will coordinate merchandising, staff coaching, and daily procedures to ensure a smooth, compliant shopping environment.

The role requires a strong background in retail leadership, excellent organizational and people management skills, and the ability to train a team while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Preferably supervisor-level with 5+ years experience.
• Willing to work in Maranding, Lanao del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
