GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of one or more retail outlets in Metro Manila. You will lead store teams, manage sales and inventory, and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in Business or related field and 2-3+ years of store management, with a customer-centric attitude. The role offers a 5-day work week, HMO and Insurance, paid leaves, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business or related field.
• 2-3+ years of store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversees supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.
• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.
• Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company\'s service policies.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
• Willing to be assigned in Metropoint Mall, Newport Mall, or SM Mall of Asia
