Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of daily store operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain the store's stability and reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed for the store.
• Complete and report to HQ & superior on various tasks.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Follow established guidelines & SOP.
• Perform any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
