Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work according to SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
