Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years supervisory or team-leader experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in furniture or similar retail is an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, coach and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of daily store operations, inventory, merchandising and sales monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (MS Word and Excel).
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
