Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and drive growth.
• Set up gondolas and display merchandise.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise on the selling floor.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily cash banking of store sales.
• Stock and reorder items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ/Superior.
