Job summary

Casamia Furniture Center, Inc. in SM City Fairview is seeking a Selling Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and customer service. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure sales targets are met.

You will monitor stock, coordinate deliveries, and manage the department budget. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to guide the selling team and maintain excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 1 year retail work experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cascades to the selling team about individual sales targets, new offers & alert Category Merchandising Manager of product/promo problems (if any).
• Monitors current stock levels plus pending deliveries vs. sales trend to alert Category Merchandising Managers of possible stock-outs and slow-moving items.
• Inspects items for transfer or Return to Vendor (RTV) to ensure correctness of product type and quantity, processes in MMS and signs the required documents.
• Manages the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use and safekeeping extra items.
• Monitors attendance of Sales Clerks and Stock Clerks and manages absences by re-assigning tasks to remaining staff (manage plantilla, leaves, issue violation reports).
