Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store.
• Offer assistance and respond to queries about products and purchases.
• Recommend the best products to customers.
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Locate products for customers and place orders, where necessary.
• Introduce promotions and new products to customers.
• Operate cash register and handle cash payments and bank transfers.
• Handle refunds, exchanges and returns.
• Document sales by updating customer records.
• Assist with inventory management.
