Job summary

Terranova is hiring a Sales Associate for SM Mall of Asia in the Philippines. You will finalize sales at the cash desk, present purchases, and ensure accurate receipts. The role supports friendly service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

No prior experience required; however, cashier experience is an advantage. Willingness to work shift schedules, weekends and holidays is expected. The position is full-time and on-site at Mall of Asia.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales at the cash desk with courteous service.
• Hand customers their purchases with receipts.
• Familiarize with cash desk software and POS system.
• Ensure correct till opening/closing, payments and refunds.
• Be aware of packaging, transfers, and internet-related tasks.
• Follow cash handling procedures including cash counts.
• Operate POS machine accurately.
