Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a retail associate to support monthly target attainment through outstanding customer service, market knowledge, and effective merchandising.

You will submit daily sales reports and perform monthly inventory reconciliation, while keeping the store clean and well-merchandised in both selling and storage areas. You will regularly review pricing, track competitor activities, and report insights to the Sales Coordinator.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of good selling performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to multitask.
• Willing to work retail store operation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet targets monthly.
• Submit daily sales reports and monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Daily cleaning and merchandising in selling and storage areas.
• Regularly check/update pricing (markdowns/markups).
• Monitor competitors and report to Sales Coordinator/Immediate Superior.
• Attend ad-hoc assignments as needed.
