Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is hiring a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and perform daily sales reports.

You will assist in pricing updates, visual merchandising, and inventory reconciliation at SM Pampanga Department Store. We seek candidates with at least a Vocational Diploma, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a hardworking, honest, and people-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
• Must have good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, honest and people oriented.
• With pleasing personality and physically fit.
• Can multitask, work fast and willing to adopt retail store operation schedule.
• Must be customer service oriented and with positive disposition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet monthly targets.
• Submit daily sales reports and perform monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Daily cleaning and arranging of merchandise in selling and storage areas.
• Update pricing, perform markdowns or markups as needed.
• Monitor competitors activities and report to Sales Coordinator/Immediate Superior.
• Attend to ad-hoc assignments as needed.
