Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Sales: Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness; Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products; Help promote special offers, new arrivals, and featured items; Deliver a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.
• Cashiering Duties: Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately; Issue receipts and manage returns or exchanges properly; Ensure accuracy and accountability of cash sales and daily reports.
• Store Operations: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed; Support inventory checks and stock management activities; Follow merchandising standards and store display guidelines.
• Teamwork & Support: Coordinate with fellow team members to meet store targets; Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors; Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
