About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Moderno Smart Home Depot in Davao City.

As a full-time member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect smart home products to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers to our showroom in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our smart home products to customers
• Assisting customers in selecting the right products and accessories to meet their requirements
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom environment
• Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed
• Providing excellent post-sales customer support
• Collaborating with the wider retail team to achieve sales targets and objectives

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the home improvement or electronics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a clear and understandable manner
• Passion for smart home technology and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and innovations
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in English and the local language (Cebuano)
