Total Philippines Corporation invites a motivated Retail Intern to support pricing management and data encoding within the Retail Department. You will assist in maintaining pricing accuracy, encoding data for products, inventories, and reports, and ensuring completeness of records.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented business students proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets, with strong data entry skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment at the BGC location.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Students from other degree programs are welcome to apply.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong data entry and encoding skills with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with retail, inventory, or pricing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining accurate product pricing in company systems and records.
• Encode and update product, pricing, inventory, and other retail data accurately.
• Review and verify encoded information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Identify pricing or data discrepancies and promptly report issues to the supervisor.
• Support administrative and retail operations tasks such as filing, report preparation, and coordination with relevant teams.
