Job summary

You will lead sales, inventory, logistics, and customer service while driving store performance and hitting business targets. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Operations/Engineering, 3–5 years in retail or ops management, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office/Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in retail or operations management.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, or power stations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and sales operations.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and operational activities.
• Manage sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Lead and monitor store/operations staff.
