Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations, beauty, or consumer goods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Willing to conduct field visits to stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in report preparation, data consolidation, and tracker monitoring.
• Support inventory monitoring, documentation, and product handling activities.
• Assist in store coordination and operational follow-ups with retail teams.
• Gain exposure to retail operations processes, customer service standards, and sales support activities.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to store operations and manpower coordination.
• Participate in store visits, operational activities, and retail support initiatives as needed.
• Develop familiarity with retail reporting, product knowledge, and overall store operations workflow.
