Job summary

Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a fresh graduate or student to join as a Merchandising Associate in Quezon City. The role ensures goods are available in-store and priced correctly, while assessing store needs based on size and demographics.

You will forecast sales, manage store stocks, negotiate retail quantities, and oversee stock distribution across branches. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of related course such as Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or other related field.
• 1 year experience in Retail or Merchandising is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and product display arrangement.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and analyzing sales.
• Manage stocks of retail stores.
• Negotiating quantities allocated for retail.
• Managing levels and distribution of stock amongst branches through total and branch product forecasting.
• Handling supply/production problems as they arise.
