Job summary

Camox Philippines Inc - Poea-088-Lb-052915-R is seeking an organized team member to manage shelving, pricing, and stock. You will arrange products by planograms, monitor expiry dates, and ensure accurate labeling and promotions across store shelves.

In addition, you will operate the POS system, handle payments, issue receipts, exchanges, and balance the cash drawer at each shift. You will assist with receiving stock, stock counts, and maintaining orderly inventory areas to support smooth store

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail operations.
• Familiarity with planograms and shelf replenishment.
• Customer service oriented and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products according to company standards and planograms.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and properly organized.
• Monitor product expiry dates and apply FIFO.
• Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and promotional displays. Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to management.
• Operate POS system and cash register accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Verify quantities against delivery notes and invoices.
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with supervisors on replenishment and stock orders.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory areas.
