Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to drive brand campaigns, coordinate with national and local teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role supports flexible WFH with a day shift in the Philippines.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for retail campaigns, oversee collaborations with agencies, and analyze performance to optimize ROI. This position offers healthcare on day one and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or multi-location environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing strategy and digital channels.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Your Role

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Support the development and execution of brand creative and marketing activities in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Assist with national marketing campaigns, promotions, catalogues, sponsorships, and retail events.
• Support campaign media planning, buying, and day-to-day coordination with external media agencies.
• Lead and coordinate Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities while ensuring alignment with national campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance against KPIs and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external service providers to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, Local Area Marketing, franchise, or multi-location environments.
• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, KPIs, ROI, and marketing performance.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience managing Local Area Marketing (LAM) programs and integrating local activities with national campaigns.
• Exposure to media planning and buying.
• Experience working with external agencies, media partners, and service providers.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership of marketing outcomes and measure business impact.
• Data-driven approach to campaign planning and decision-making.
