Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand campaigns from Manila-based teams while supporting work-from-home operations.

You will develop and execute marketing activities, coordinate national programs, and manage campaigns with a focus on KPI-driven ROI and multi-location coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in retail, franchise, or multi-location environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design or related field.
• Proven experience with integrated marketing campaigns and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of retail marketing strategy, brand management, and digital channels.
• Experience tracking KPIs and ROI, with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand creative and marketing activities.
• Assist with national campaigns, promotions, catalogues, sponsorships, and retail events.
• Support media planning, buying, and coordination with external agencies.
• Lead Local Area Marketing activities aligned with national campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPI/ROI performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and service providers for execution.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to improve marketing outcomes.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.

Your Role

• Support the development and execution of brand creative and marketing activities in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Assist with national marketing campaigns, promotions, catalogues, sponsorships, and retail events.
• Support campaign media planning, buying, and day-to-day coordination with external media agencies.
• Lead and coordinate Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities while ensuring alignment with national campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance against KPIs and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external service providers to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, Local Area Marketing, franchise, or multi-location environments.
• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, KPIs, ROI, and marketing performance.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience managing Local Area Marketing (LAM) programs and integrating local activities with national campaigns.
• Exposure to media planning and buying.
• Experience working with external agencies, media partners, and service providers.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership of marketing outcomes and measure business impact.
• Data-driven approach to campaign planning and decision-making.
