Job summary

Greenfield Development Corporation is seeking a on-site Marketing Administrative Assistant to support Retail Marketing campaigns, events, and activations in Manila. The role involves coordinating with tenants, suppliers, and internal teams, preparing documents, and maintaining project records.

A degree in marketing/communications with 1–2 years of related experience is preferred. You will assist with timelines, PO processing, and on-ground event support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, or administrative support.
• Good coordination, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of Retail Marketing campaigns, events, activations, and promotions.
• Prepare and organize marketing documents, presentations, reports, permits, and other project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, suppliers, agencies, and other partners for Retail Marketing activities.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
• Support processing of purchase orders, payments, reimbursements, and other administrative requirements.
• Maintain organized files, databases, marketing materials, and project records.
• Assist with on-ground/event requirements and provide administrative support during activities.
• Monitor and consolidate photos, reports, attendance, and other post-activity documentation.
• Perform other administrative and marketing support tasks as assigned.
