A fast-growing modern farming company is seeking a Retail Business Development & Sales Planner to manage inventory and enhance sales across Metro Manila. The role requires experience in retail and demand planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Applicants should be Metro Manila-based and open to regular store visits. Qualifications

• Background in FMCG, retail, demand planning, or merchandise/sales ops.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups).
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Must be Metro Manila-based and open to regular store visits.
• Preferably with a personal vehicle for traveling to supermarkets.

Responsabilités

• Translate store-level data into product allocations by SKU/store.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and logistics teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to validate data and improve displays.
• Build and maintain sales tools, trackers, and dashboards.
• Analyze sales trends to forecast demand.
