Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Field Sales professional to build strong relationships with retailers, optimise base sales, and drive promotions and visibility. You will ensure solid execution of merchandising, promotions, and reporting to meet annual targets while supporting market leadership in snacking.

The role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and prior sales experience in FMCG/CPG.
