Job summary

Staff Alliance Inc. is seeking a customer-oriented retail associate to greet customers, take orders, and provide product information at SM Aura. The role includes upselling, POS operations, and accurate cash handling, with responsibilities spanning inventory and store maintenance.

Applicants should be physically fit, possess required government IDs (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI), and be available to start immediately. Minimum wage accordance in NCR applies, with shopping-center exposure.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Willing to work at SM Aura.
• Physically fit to work.
• Must have SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN and NBI clearances.
• Willing to accept NCR minimum wage.
• Able to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide product and promotion information.
• Assist customers in selecting products; suggest and upsell based on needs.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Handle petty cash and ensure secure cash management.
• Conduct opening/closing inventory; report shortages.
• Clean and sanitize store areas (counter, dining area, trays, utensils, equipment, floor).
• Prepare showcase displays, refill shelves, and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist in deliveries: receive items, check quantities, sign documents.
